BSBAUD516 Develop and monitor processes for the management of breaches in compliance requirements

Online fee: $1650 per person

F2F fee: $1850 per person

This course is for anyone who would like to learn or deepen their understanding of how to effectively manage personal and business compliance requirements. Learners can except to learn about working within a compliance framework, identifying and understanding compliance requirements and commitments, interpreting compliance, implementing compliance requirements and commitments, performance evaluation, management of breaches and continual improvement of a compliance system in an organisation.  This course follows the requirements of the international standard ISO 37301:2021 Compliance management systems.

Course Objectives This course aims to provide students with the skills & knowledge to:

  • Understand and apply the management compliance standards requirements
  • Identify & interpret compliance requirements
  • Prioritise compliance requirements
  • Develop a plan to effectively manage compliance
  • Prepare risk-based audit schedules
  • Evaluate & review compliance activities
  • Communicate and engage with relevant stakeholders
  • Identify, manage & respond to breaches of compliance (non-conformances)

This course is currently facilitated online via Zoom. However in-house training options may be available for group sessions. Please contact us to learn more.

Duration: 3 days of facilitated learning with our educators, plus post-course assessment work.
