In order to facilitate meaningful improvement the organisation must engage all personnel. This course provides vital insights into facilitating specific improvement programs and arms participants with the tools, techniques and knowledge necessary to plan, conduct and implement improvement initiatives. A key feature of this course is the “seven quality tools”. The seven quality tools are used to study, measure, implement, and monitor improvement. The seven quality tools can be used at all levels of the organisation to achieve practical improvement outcomes.
This course is ideal for organisations and individuals looking to implement organisation wide improvement programs, or to improve existing improvement practices within their organisation.

We offer two delivery modes to choose from: Online or in-person (F2F).
Our online sessions are facilitated via Zoom and class numbers are limited to ensure all students have the best opportunity to engage with our educators and fellow attendees. If you are new to online learning, please contact us so we can work with you during this transition.
Our Melbourne venue for the in-person courses (F2F) are held at Savoy Hotel on Little Collins, 630 Little Collins Street Melbourne, just across the road from Southern Cross Station. Car parking is not included but available nearby. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is provided. Please let us know your dietary requirements when enrolling.
