Management Systems Auditing
This course is ideal for training staff to conduct internal audits on quality, safety and environmental management systems. Your staff will learn that internal audits are critical to the successful implementation of management systems and that they must be performed in a positive manner. Internal audits are not meant to test for compliance only but to explore opportunities for improvement as well. Past mindsets will be challenged as new simple techniques are discussed. There is no course exam. Students are required to complete a case study exercise where they put the theory into practice.
We can provide on-site flexible delivery by selecting a training strategy to suit your work requirements. Most companies will run a two-day program on consecutive days, whereas some clients like to spread the days a week apart. You can utilise our case study role-play exercises or you may wish to audit your processes in a live audit situation.
Please refer to our course dates for our next public venue course, or contact us directly about suitable dates for your in-house program. If you would like to register your colleagues on a public course, complete a registration form to reserve your place.
